Return & Refund Policy

Pre-Order Cancellations

Swap Arcade products are currently sold on a pre-order basis. You may cancel your order at any time before it ships for a full refund.

Once an order has shipped, it is subject to the return policy below.

Returns

Returns may be requested within 30 days of delivery. To be eligible for a return, your Swap Arcade must be returned in its original packaging with all components, accessories, and materials included.

A 15% restocking fee may be applied to returned products that have been opened, assembled, used, or require repackaging or additional processing before they can be resold.

Customers are responsible for all return shipping costs. Original shipping charges are non-refundable.

Please contact us before returning your product. Returns sent without prior authorization may not be accepted. We will provide return instructions and the appropriate return shipping address.

Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items

Please inspect your order when it arrives and contact us promptly if your Swap Arcade is damaged, defective, or if you received the wrong item.

If a return is required because the product arrived damaged or defective, or because of an error on our part, we will work with you to arrange an appropriate repair, replacement, or refund and will cover reasonable return shipping costs when applicable.

Refunds

Once your return has been received and inspected, we will notify you of the status of your refund. Approved refunds will be issued to the original payment method, less any applicable restocking fee and non-refundable shipping charges.

Please allow additional time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund.
